Dwarf plant with deeply cut leaves and feathery panicles of creamy white flowers in mid to late summer.  A compact herbaceous perennial. Its fern-like leaves turn orange/yellow in fall. Best placed as a edging or ground cover plant in a rock garden, woodland garden, shade garden, or border fronts. Native to Korea.
